Alcohol Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with Sail-In Liquor, you certify that you and the recipient are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Valid government-issued identification must be presented at the time of delivery. Orders will not be left unattended under any circumstances.

Sail-In Liquor makes no representation regarding the legal rights of any individual to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state, county, or municipality. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining whether alcoholic beverage shipments are permitted in their destination location. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they have verified that the shipment of alcoholic beverages to the recipient is lawful.

The buyer is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, duties, or assessments imposed by the destination state or locality. If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to local regulations, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the absence of an adult (21+) to sign, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred.

Sail-In Liquor reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for compliance, risk management, or shipping restrictions. We do not guarantee that all products are available for shipment to all locations.

By placing an order, you agree to hold Sail-In Liquor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the shipment, delivery, or use of alcoholic beverages purchased from this site.
