Weather

Damaged shipments

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide order number + clear photos of bottles and packaging.
• We may issue store credit, replacement, or refund depending on carrier insurance.
• In some cases, damaged items must be returned before reimbursement.

Defective bottles (corked/leaking/unopened faulty)

• Report within 30 days of purchase.
• Keep bottle, cork, and receipt.
• No guarantee on wines 5–7+ years past vintage.

Heat / storage damage (after delivery)

No refunds/returns for damage caused by:

• Heat exposure
• Freezing
• Improper storage
• Packages left outside after delivery attempts
  

In-store pickup

• Must be picked up by the same person who placed the order.
• Bring: Valid 21+ ID, Credit/debit card used for purchase.
• Orders not collected within 30 days may be restocked.
• Long-term holds may incur $5–$10 per bottle storage fee (based on duration).
